FINA Grades

There are six figure grades available within UK synchronised swimming and there are two assessment days held in Scotland each year where swimmers can be officially assessed. Swimmers will be advised by the Nairn coaching team about their readiness for grade assessment.

The links below to the FINA pages for each grade include a link to download the judging sheet for that grade. You will need to print a judging sheet to take to the grades assessment.

Swimmers are expected to regularly stretch at home to support training.
